Our BSc (Hons) Degree in Hospitality and Licensed Retail Management aims to provide you with the knowledge, skills, interests and abilities needed to compete successfully for employment in a variety of managerial/supervisory jobs within the hospitality and licensed retail industry. You will gain a thorough insight into all aspects of the sector with the added bonus of learning in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment.
