The Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Hospitality Services has two themes for those working: • With food either in a food preparation or food service role • Those not working with food The course is designed for candidates who have a variety of roles within their job and can be made up of a mixture of both themes. The course is suitable for a wide variety of catering/hospitality establishments or those progressing from a level 1 qualification.

How will I study?

How will I be taught?
Dedicated assessor will provide all support in the workplace on a one-to-one basis.
How will I be assessed?
Assessment will be by observation from a dedicated assessor and completion of the evidence logs and workbooks using an e-platform Technical Certificate: on-line multi-choice test Functional Skills: externally assessed exam and an internally moderated speaking and listening presentation
