The Hospitality Supervision Advanced Level Apprenticeship is for those working in the hospitality industry and who wish to achieve a recognised qualification. Learning will be tailored to your job role and industry. It covers a variety of areas and is suitable for those supervising a minimum of three employees and undertaking relevant supervisory activities in the workplace.

The course takes 20 months to complete and has a flexible start date. Fully-funded for 16-18 year olds; partial funding for apprentices aged 19+ (fees apply). There is no upper age limit.

The Advanced Apprenticeship framework is made up of 4 components. In order to be successful you must complete and achieve all 4 elements.

PRACTICAL ELEMENT
City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership.

Mandatory elements of this qualification covers:
• Provide leadership for your team
• Develop productive working relationships with colleagues
• Contribute to the control of resources
• Maintain the health, hygiene, safety and security of the working environment
• Lead a team to improve customer service.

TECHNICAL CERTIFICATE
Level 3 Award in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership Principles.

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
Maths Level 2
English Level 2
