Firearms (HEFCO) Course Structure:

This Hostile Environments Firearms Course was designed by CTR Services to cater for the demand of the professional operative working armed within hostile countries. The 4 day course is broken down into the following modules which start with:

Firearms Modules - This 5 day course covers the following subjects:

• Operation fundamentals

• Shooting positions

• Marksmanship accuracy and speed deployments

• Stoppages, Tactical and Combat loads

• Weapon Transitions

• Instinctive shooting & Surgical Shooting

• Contact Drills Individual & Team

• Multi directional Multi threat contact drills

• Fight Back & Fight Through movement drills

• Cornering & fighting to cover

• Firearms retention

• Ambidextrous Firearms operation

• Night shooting & High stress shooting

• Client Drills

• Extreme close quarter shooting

• Situation assessment & Immediate Action drills

• Self assessment & Team building skills

The weapons used on this course are: Carbines, Glock 17 and CZ58 and AK47
