In-House Instructor Training Courses
In-house courses are delivered at your premises and offer the advantage of convenience as well as content focused on the specific needs of your organisation and delegates. These courses are held nationwide and now abroad as well. We ascertain your training requirements and will develop a bespoke in-house instructor course to fit your requirements as closely as possible. In-house instructor certification will be issued to delegates demonstrating the correct levels of knowledge, instructional techniques and practical skills. We supply the basic relevant course material, i.e. Test Sheets, Theory Papers. Training Manuals and for an additional cost, Powerpoint Presentations, Video's / DVDs and Scale Models. Selection of delegates to be In-House Instructors Potential in-house instructors will need to be able to adopt an enthusiastic approach and will need to thoroughly research the subject matter (home work may be applicable). They must be able to simplify the difficult areas to be taught and set a good example by a knowledgeable and confident attitude. Have firm but friendly approach to the trainee and be able demonstrate skilful use of the machine where applicable. On successful completion of training, the in-house instructor will be able to train co-workers in-house on courses for the subject/machinery that he/she has qualified as an In-House instructor.
