Course Details

This course, aimed at less experienced criminal practitioners, involves preparation for and participation in a mock criminal trial dealing with drugs, criminal damage, co-defendants and PACE issues.

The course will greatly assist advocates to develop their existing court-room skills, understand the latest evidence and conduct issues and learn how to make current procedure work for them and their clients.

Tutors include Roy Morgan, Andrew Shanahan, Gwyn Parry and Alan Taylor.
