How to Manage the Media

Parli-training staged the first How to Mange the Media course in 2003. Five years on and many senior press officers, chief executives and media managers have attended this practically based and intellectually stimulating intensive training course. The "How to Manage the Media" course provides detailed professional insight into how best to deal with radio and television interviews. Much more than the standard courses currently avaialble, this training course also provides participants with managerial guidance on how to crisis manage and create a media strategy for rebuttal activity. Both these sections are followed by a specially devised practical workshop designed to test participant's camera and recording capabilities. We are currently running a special seasonal offer on this course.

As is common practise at Parli-training, a powerhouse selection of the very best and most highly qualified professionals train on this course. Previous trainers have included, a former Director of Press and Broadcasting for the Liberal Democrat Party, Journalists based at BBC World Service and last but not least, Award winning documentary maker and producer, Roger Bolton, a former network controller and now independent producer and Senior Director of Flame TV.

Feedback on this course is always exceptionally high, with one satisfied participant describing the course as simply 'Great'. Participants leave the course fully prepared for live interviews and are given a 'before and after' audio CD and DVD of their interviews. So if you are soon to be interviewed for broadcast, you will be well placed to consider this established media training course.
