Michelle was an amazing person lately she took leadership position at Silicon Valley. We're looking for the a dedicated service providers and we got one. I had a good learning experience and looking forward to the next sessions. Michelle herself was excited about the prospect and first day itself was quite amazing and the training can make a real difference. Her experience can be used in the current role and overall an amazing experience.

Lately completed a 4 day ILM Level 3 Leadership and Management course with HR Champions. It helped me and my fellow members in improving skills and trainers were highly knowledgeable. I enjoyed my experience and would like to thank Sonia Thomas programme manager. The course covered variety of topics like leadership styles, effective management communication and workplace coaching. Trainers were highly experienced and so was the staff members.

HR Champions is an amazing place to learn and evolve. I've learned the ILM Level 3 and Level 4 Leadership & Management and it was an impeccable training. My overall experience was fantastic, course leaders were friendly and easy to approach. Would surely recommend the same to all.

About the course:
I recently attended the Mental Health First Aid course with Julie at HR Champions.
This was an interactive online course spanning two days. I found the course very useful, particularly with the practical role-play exercises to consider the various scenarios involving a conversation about mental health. Since completing the course and using the skills learnt back in my workplace, I found that the ‘CARE’ model has been especially helpful as it has enabled me to follow a structured conversation and achieve effective signposting to specialist agencies which the individual person can follow up on.
Thanks to Julie and the team for a practical and insightful training course, I feel I gained a lot of knowledge.

About the course:
I have studied both the ILM Level 3 and Level 4 Leadership & Management qualifications through HR Champions and it has been a fantastic experience. Our initial classroom sessions were enjoyable and well-paced and the move to virtual webinars following lockdown continued the course without interruption. The course leaders were friendly and approachable and the email support with assignments and additional documents to support learning has been extremely helpful. I’ve really enjoyed my time learning with HR Champions.

About the course:
Fahmida was always enthusiastic even when getting a team of strangers to interact was not dissimilar to trying to get a class of students to decide who wants to present their project first. Her skills & ability to listen without judgement were evident when in session 4 people felt comfortable enough to volunteer and talk through their own mental health struggles in a (virtual) room of 15 strangers. It was a fun and informative training course & I will definitely keep the workbooks for reference in the future. The team was always available to help if I needed it.
