A general one day first aid course ideal for the workplace subscribing to HSE guidelines.

Course Description: One day, HSE approved, first aid course covering the following first aid areas:

Syllabus:

* Role of the first aider, equipment, recording incidents and actions
* Importance of basic hygiene.
* Act safely, promptly and effectively in an emergency
* Unconscious and/or in seizure
* Administer cardiopulmonary resuscitation
* Wounded or bleeding and/or in shock.
* Choking.
* Minor injuries
* Asthma
* Anaphalaxis
* Heart Attach
* Stroke.
