When I applied for this course, I spoke to a professional and friendly customer service rep, who went through with me what type of course I would be doing and what to expect. I was put through to the sales team who handled my purchase with courtesy and explained to me my transaction. I did a IT online course with Hudson, and I have to say it was excellent, very good course. Well presented, simple but easy access to the course or settings. The course it's huge, a lot of things to learn and the videos are well explained.

What I would highlight:
Well designed and easy to follow, it is not complicated either. I find the course to be good so far I have no problems. The Videos / tapes are done well. My advice is to keep a pen paper or note book for notes and review.

What I would highlight:
The customer service was great - all my questions were answered over the phone on the same day. The videos are extremely in depth and informative. The only thing I would say is that the course would really benefit from an interactive section after the videos so you can replicate what the tutor is doing - it's a bit of a pain to have to do it via a separate program. Overall I'd recommended it.

What I would highlight:
Hudson courses are user friendly and easy to access. Course material/videos are laid out in easy accessible format. The Hudson team deliver great service to the consumer and the team are a phone call/email away and respond promptly and effectively to any questions you may have. The course has been very helpful, it has cleared up any doubts and uncertainty. The course is so simple and clear. I would say that overall I had a good experience.
