What I would highlight:
Very pleased and although some of the tutorials are quite fast-paced, it’s dead-easy to simply rewind and start again from the beginning or the point you need covering again. I recommend having a written course aid such as a CCENT book to support the course too – It works a treat for me as you’re getting the same course information from two slightly different angles. My only minor gripe is the typos where what the tutor is saying, doesn’t 100% match what you’re seeing on the screen. This however shouldn’t put you off, they’re minor and don’t spoil the content of the courses.

What I would highlight:
Customer service is adequate in providing IT courses that I studied a few of. Useful and easy understanding course material, the customer service couldn't give me any information regarding course which made me frustrated and had to take a massive risk to buy €700 material. material wise its 10 on 10 but customer service wises its 6 on 10.

What I would highlight:
The exam process of Hudson is improper and the papers are grammatically incorrect. After 3 months of my complaint, they have changed the exam pattern and brought something new.
But still, their old exam style is available on the website which makes me feel my complaint went ineffective. I feel I have wasted money being at Hudson.
