Course programme

Course Content: We will look at hedgehog homes, footprints, feeding and how to make your garden more hedgehog-friendly. How will I be assessed? There is no formal assessment. You will be given a Certificate of Attendance on completion of the course. Are there any additional costs or specialist equipment required? Children aged under 14 need to be accompanied by a responsible adult. You should be appropriately dressed – sturdy closed shoes, arms and legs covered, no dangling drawstrings or jewellery, and long hair tied back. What can I do after this course? Derby College offers a range of one-day, weekend and evening courses relating to Animal Care and a wide range of other land-based topics.
