This course will help raise awareness of human performance limitations in aviation ground operations. Human factors training can form part of the employee initial training or continued development, and contribute to a positive safety culture. It is aimed at front line staff to provide an appreciation of human factors and practical advice on how to prevent human performance failure. Our course content is aligned to the requirements of the IATA AHM Chapter 11.
