So I am enjoing my time here but it realy is a struggle to get into halls and the local accomodation is really expensive. So I can really only rate it as a number two as i costs too much to live here. The city life is good though and i enjoy being a memeber of multiple clubs and societies, especially the fun ones.

I enjoy here at Buckingham I think that the sense of community is far greater than you would get at any other university. For students coming to study I would reccomend they go to every freshers event as friends are really the main way to get through this uni without getting bored. So be social.

Acommodation and city life are far too exoensive it costs crazy ammounts to rent rooms in a student houses close to the city here. I do not think that the univesity facilities on the whole are that good and teh students union really does need improving. Other universities get really good acts we do not.

Studying Performing Arts here at ARU has been good although I am not sure I will be able to make career out of it when I graduate.
← | →

I am enjoying my new independence at uni. I do not think my course is as enjoyable as my A level performing arts was. I hoping things improve in the second and third years. I wish there was more practical and hands on classes so I can fulfill my career ambitions.

At the near end of my studies at aru i can look back in fondness of my time although at times it felt like the city was fighting back after some time I found myslef enjoying cambridge. I would suggest that prospective students shoukd keep a very open mind. do not get bogged down in work too early.

Great course, good tutors, good facilities.

The course is not what I expected. We were made to believe it would be more practical and intense drama. The Shakespeare course was advised to have an element of practice to help the students, but there was none! The uni as a whole does not have a community atmosphere. There are not enough parties at all! Also book funding should not be more than £100.
