At the end of the course, candidates will have a thorough working knowledge and understanding of the 17th edition regulations (BS 7671:2008) and be prepared to sit the City & Guilds examination. Suitable for: The 17th edition full course is aimed at electrical and non-electrical personnel who design, install, inspect 7 test and maintain wiring systems. The course is intended for persons who are not familiar with the 17th Edition (BS7671:2008) or who may have studied a previous edition of the regulations some time ago. Most Registration/Certification Bodies are nowinsisting that persons undertaking full scope or defined scope electrical installation work are in possession of a 17th Edition qualification.

There are no formal entry requirments for this course. The course is therefore suitable for those who have not studied the 17th Edition of the regulations before or who may have studied them some time ago and are no longer familiar with them.

Career opportunities:
