ILM Achieving Objectives Using Time Management
Content
A one day course developing knowledge and understanding of achieving objectives through time management aimed in particular at first line managers.ï¾ Participants will focus on setting SMART targets, prioritising , negotiating techniques and the application of simple planning and monitoring techniques. This course is a Level 3 ILM unit and can be built up with other units into a First Line Management Award/ Certificate/Diploma. There will be an additional cost of ï¾£10 for ILM registration plus ï¾£16 for each ILM module if participants would like the opportunity to work towards this accredited qualification. This will also involve the need to prepare for an exercise which will be assessed either on the day or immediately after the course.
