ILM Coaching and Training Your Work Team
Content This one day course is particularly suitable for practising or potential managers and supervisors. It helps identify when training or coaching are appropriate methods to address a development need, examines coaching techniques as appropriate to the workplace, addresses preferred learning styles, and looks at feedback techniques and evaluation systems. This course is a Level 3 ILM unit and can be built up with other units into a First Line Management Award/ Certificate/Diploma. There will be an additional cost of ï¾£10 for ILM registration plus ï¾£16 for each ILM module if participants would like the opportunity to work towards this accredited qualification.
