It is a concise qualification consisting of three mandatory units. Candidates are taken through problem solving and decision making techniques in the first unit, explore leadership styles in the second unit, and finally in the third unit of this qualification candidates look at motivating and developing teams. Suitable for: This course aims to give practicing or aspiring first line managers the foundation for their formal development in this role. The qualification does this by developing basic management skills and assisting participants in gaining the basic knowledge required at this level.
