On successful completion, a number of progression opportunities become available:
Progress to other qualifications at the same level (e.g. ILM Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management, ILM Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management.)
Progress to other qualifications at the next level (e.g. ILM Level 4 NVQ Diploma, ILM L5 Award, Certificate or Diploma in Leadership and Management, Apprenticeship Programmes)
Entry Requirements:
There are no formal entry requirements but participants will normally be either practising or aspiring first line managers with the opportunity to meet the assessment demands. Also, it is advisable to have a background that will enable learners to benefit from the programme.

Course Delivery:
You will complete two units ‘Being a Leader’ and ‘Solving Problems and Making Decisions’. You will attend:
- four workshops at Jubilee Court
- receive ongoing advice and guidance throughout the duration of this course.
The Level 3 Award candidates will need to complete two practical work-based assignments to the standard required by the ILM.
For businesses who require company training and candidates who choose to study long distance a combination of units to a minimum of four credits and a maximum of twelve can be selected based on the individual needs.
