The course does this by developing a very wide range of basic ‘middle’ management skills and assisting candidates in gaining the comprehensive knowledge required at this level.

How will I study?
Each course, is integrated in subject structure to provide an in-depth relationship to the role/position of a ‘middle’ manager and its workplace relationship. Personal Development identification, assessment, analysis, actioning and evaluation is pivotal in this course Subject Areas will be based around the core subjects of, - Understanding the Management Role – Becoming an Effective Leader - Making a Financial Case - Developing the manager as a critical thinker - Leading innovation and change – Project Management.
How will I be taught?
Via interactive workshop sessions, 29 weeks of 7 hours attendance, one afternoon & evening per week (Candidates qualified to Level 5 Certificate in Management attendance reduced to 5 weeks and no Residential attendance required.)
How will I be assessed?
Assessment by on-course work-based Assignments, an Improvement Report and an Innovation management Report (no exams)
