Like all NVQs, this qualification is competence-based. This means that it is linked to a person's ability to competently perform a range of tasks connected with their work. Assessment is by production of a personal portfolio demonstrating understanding and application of the standards at this level; this is greatly simplified by our eLearning platform, where evidence can be electronically submitted. This qualification is aimed at those in a management role across all occupations and sectors of employment who may be involved in activities as part of their job role including: managing business processes, developing and implementing operational plans, planning and implementing change, managing finance. The qualification allows a candidate to quantify their competency at a managerial level upon successful completion.

What I would highlight I found the course extremely undemanding . The inquiries were pre-created so it was simple to understand. What I would highlight Much obliged to you to SVT for making the NVQ procedure justifiable and less demanding to attempt. I cleared out it entirely late to begin submitting work, however got heaps of support from my assesor who dependably reverted me, speedily with productive and accommodating input.
