Implementing the Corporate Governance Code

In association with Allen and Overy this new half day overview is intended as a route map to the new Code, focusing on the key changes, shifts in emphasis and implications for governance practice. Delegates will hear from the FRC on how the Regulator views the new Code and a number of senior Allen & Overy advisors will look in detail at the changes and how they might be implemented.
