This one day course teaches you the history and benefits from Indian Head Massage and to learn about the Chakras system. This course will enable you to treat Indian Head Massage on your clients and to relieve stress and tension and to enable the body to go into complete relaxation.

What do I need to know before I start the course?

This is an advanced course that can be studied after the Swedish Body Massage Course.

Will I need to bring a model?

Practical demonstrations will be working in pairs to practise techniques.

Will I need to bring anything?

Large pillow, Bath Sheet and a Hair band.

What will I achieve from the course?

Students will have acquired the Indian Head Massage procedure to a professional standard.

Will I be required to do any home study?

Students will find that by practising at home, and performing approx 4 - 6 treatments, they will achieve more confidence in doing an Indian Head Massage.
