Course programme

A one day workshop showing some simple, safe massage techniques which you can use on family and friends at home. This therapy is easy to learn and can be carried out with your partner seated and clothed.

The workshop will include:

  • Brief history of Indian Head Massage
  • Practical massage demonstration on: Back of neck; upper back; shoulders; scalp; face; arms
  • Practise time on each other
