Indian Head Massage is a relaxing holistic treatment that uses acupressure. The movements are derived from the Indian healing lines and developed over many centuries and are still used successfully today. Just some of the benefits of an Indian head massage are: relief from stress, anxiety and tension, feelings of deep relaxation, improved mood, improved sleep and a general sense of health and well-being. This massage achieves a deep sense of relaxation, mental calming and balance of the body’s energy. This treatment helps to relieve neck, shoulder and muscular pains. The Indian Head Massage is performed with the client in a sitting position or laying and fully clothed, making it possible to carry it out using very little equipment and in an environment which need not be totally private.
