Suitable for: Those working in in care industry working towards their NVQs in Health and Social Care The course covers changes that have occurred in social care practice and form the basis of regulation of the workforce. The NVQ at Level 2 is the required qualification for 50% of the workforce in regulated care services. It is considered to be the minimum qualification required by a care worker. Infection control is a fundemental part of provision of care and underpins most activities.
