Influencing and Negotiating Skills courses look to identify the individual's preferred influencing techniques to see where it is working well and where new approaches would benefit.
Outcomes
The outcomes from Influencing & Persuasion courses are that:
- Participants will be better able to use the appropriate language to persuade others.
- They will learn techniques to influence and persuade colleagues and customers appropriately.
