Instagram like a pro: shoot > edit > post

Whether you’ve already used Instagram or are a beginner, this course teaches you essential information as well as introducing you to apps that enhance your content and attracts more followers.
Starting with the history of Instagram and it’s meteoric rise from a simple idea to a $50 million business, you will look at great examples of Instagram practice and learn how best to use Instagram for your own personal or professional use.
You will learn the importance of, and how to create a succinct and effective biography or profile including contact info and hyperlinks to relevant websites.
You will be introduced to a range of apps including Snapseed, Boomerang and Hyperlapse to edit photos and turn your photos into exciting moving image and timelapse sequences. You will learn how to create strong text content to accompany your images with effective hashtagging.
In the afternoon you will take to the streets for a short photowalk in central London and put what you have learned into practice, before returning to the studios to edit and post the content. The group will then review each other’s posts and give constructive feedback.
