What are my career prospects/next steps after the course?

Successful completion provides eligibility for Associate membership of the ILM.

The units that you achieve in the Award can be carried forward to the ILM Certificate in Team Leading.

How long does the ILM Level 2 Award in Team Leading course last?

Approximately one to two months, depending on mode of attendance.

How will I be assessed?

You will be expected to complete a ‘Reflective Review’ of each unit. Guidance and coaching will be given.
