Course goals:

After attending this course you will have:

1. A better understanding of how to integrate the following treatment concepts into your clinical practice: muscle energy, myofascial triggerpoints, fascial release (myofascial and viscerofascial) strain/counterstrain and nags & snags.
2. A better understanding of articular function in relationship to their surrounding ligamentous, myofascial and viscerofascial structures.
3. Improved palpatory skills in relation to locating fascial restriction whether it be local or global in nature.
4. A way of differentiating between implicated structures, such as cervical spine and coracoclavicular ligament or ac joint etc.. and therefore a method of prioritising, treatment goals.
