About this course

Leaders who, having already technical skills, aim to develop social-relational and self-leadership competencies to become better leaders. Intermediate leaders who aim to advance in their leadership careers. Employees who have technical jobs and are preparing to perform leadership roles.

CANDIDATES PROFILE
Applicants must have a high education degree. Candidates who do not have this requirement may be accepted provided their background and knowledge acquired by professional experience justify such admission. The process of selection and ranking of candidates will be done according to the requirements defined in the Regulation governing this training and always based on curricular and professional judgment, taking into account the submission order of the respective applications.

OBJECTIVES

The program aims at developing social-relational skills. It also helps to develop self-leadership competencies, thus making the leader more able to lead him/herself. Through a 360º feedback tool (“My leadership”), each participant will improve his/her self-knowledge and accede to individual coaching. The program answers to several questions: Are leadership and management different? What skills and competencies are necessary to advance to higher levels of leadership? How to lead teams for that they learn and excel? How to use power? Why do leaders derail?
