Intermediate Apprenticeship - Hospitality: Housekeeping

This Apprenticeship will cover how to clean rooms and bathrooms, use chemicals, clean floors, make beds, clean windows and generally provide excellent customer service.

This course will suit a person who is passionate about learning new techniques and improving your skills in your chosen area.

Some of the subjects featured in the course include:

• Maintaining a safe, hygienic and secure working environment.
• Contributing to effective team work.
• Carrying out periodic room servicing and deep cleaning.
• Maintaining housekeeping supplies.
• Providing a linen service.

The learning experience will be individual and fun! Tutors will keep in regular contact with you and your employer, plus reviews will be carried out every six weeks.

Good English and maths skills are essential for success in studying and for future employment prospects and so Croydon College ensures that these skills are developed in all learning opportunities.

It’s also important to have good English and maths qualifications and so all students will study English and maths and work towards an appropriate level and type of qualification including GCSE.
