Course programme

What will I study?
  • Develop your knowledge of industry standard procedures
  • Learn how to use equipment and utensils
  • Study areas including maintaining and handling knives, food hygiene in storage and preparation and the cooking of food
  • Due to the nature of the catering industry, some of your assessments will take place in the evening if required

On satisfactory completion you can progress on to the Professional Cookery Level 3 or the Advanced Apprenticeship in Professional Cookery.
