About this course

Anyone who has successfully completed a minimum of 100 hours of the language and who would like to improve their speaking and listening skills.

To be able to communicate reasonably confidently, in the language using at least three tenses and functional language with a reasonable degree of accuracy.

Through listening, pronunciation exercises, small group work and a lot of speaking.

How will my progress be monitored and assessed?

By continual assessment - there is no examination for this course.

You could progress onto a further Level 2 course or possibly the Advanced course.

What other support is available?

Help with numeracy or literacy is available. ICT drop-in sessions are available during term time and are open to all learners. Additional support can be provided for students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities. Learner Support Funding is available for equipment, childcare and travel to learners who qualify.
