Intermediate Plastering

The course is designed to give somebody with no previous experience or somebody who needs to develop thier skills the opportunity to gain expert tuition and practical guidance on plastering so they can apply a superb finish to thier work.

The courses are comprehensive and have been designed to incorporate the latest industry requirements and standards. Modules include:

• The application of bagged rendering materials.
• How to apply plaster and leave a superb, professional finish.
• How to apply a floating coat.
• The correct method of laying floor screed and how to consistently achieve a true level surface using water and laser levels.
• The application of angle beads to external angles and window reveals.
• How to mix plaster correctly and apply it to walls correctly.

As most previous students will tell you, the courses are intensive but rewarding and thoroughly enjoyable and you will be very surprised how much you learn in a short space of time. You will be surrounded by other people on your course from similar backgrounds who have travelled from all over the country to attend a course with us. These courses are practical hands-on training that maximise the time you spend training with us.

You can book your practical training sessions when it suits your schedule, you tell us when you would like to attend. You may decide to take some time off work to fit in the practical training sessions as the practical sessions are broken down into a number of week long blocks, which will be spent at one of our training centres.
