What you will learn

This course enables rigorous academic investigation into education, with the objective of supporting your professional development in the field. At its heart is how, as an educational professional, you put advanced theories into practice. You will learn how economic, political, and social challenges influence education globally; you will explore trends in global educational systems; you will evaluate the impact of information and communications technology (the connected and mobile society), policies, quality assurance, finance, cultural differentiation and employability, and identify strategies to enhance International educational systems.

What you will study

A total of 180 credits must be studied to be awarded the MEd in International Educational Development. You will need to study 5 core modules and a dissertation project plus 1 optional module from the list below.
