You’ll gain hands-on experience and learn how trends, tastes and dining experiences can attract customers and make profits. You’ll top up your qualifications to full honours degree, and leave with a specialist edge for the hospitality sector.You are taught by lecturers with a rich industry background, having owned restaurants and advised the NHS and cruise companies on their foodservice policies, who infuse teaching with research, industry expertise and passion for hospitality.

Previous students have been winners or finalists of The Young Guns competition — an industry award that recognises those who have excelled during their placement year. Course programme
