About this course

This workshop aims at improving the performance of professionals in the context of ’Interpersonal Skills’. Through this training program, the understudies will come to understand about the difference between hearing and listening, the ways to improve the verbal skills of asking questions and communicating with power. The participants will be able to understand the concept of ‘nonverbal communication’ and how it can enhance interpersonal relationships. The understudies will also learn the specific tips that can be utilized while negotiations and in making an impact through powerful first impressions.
