Course programme

Introduction to Holistic Massage, is the foundation of our massage therapy courses. It is a 'taster' course for beginners or for therapists who need a refresher in swedish body massage techniques

You will learn the basic Massage Movements i.e. Effleurage, Petrissage, Frictions, etc. and a full body massage sequence.

By the end of this fun day you will be able awarded a 'Certificate of Attendance' which will allow you to perform a confident, effective massage for your partner, friends and family. You WILL be in demand!
