This course explains how effective budgetary planning can increase the performance of your company, and outlines the various stages of preparing a budget - including the compilation of master budgets and the budget approval process. It explains the importance and methodology of budgetary control and examines performance monitoring and measurement during budget implementation.

Revenue Budgeting - 0.5 Hours

Revenue Budgeting is a crucial component of any organisation's activities. Reasons for this range from it providing a link with the corporate objectives to it providing a means of coordinating plans and activities across departments. This course provides an overview of the preparation and administration of revenue budgets.

Capital Budgeting - 0.5 - 1 Hour
