Aims and Objectives
Upon completion of this course, the delegate should have enough knowledge in preparation for CISCO exam 640-801.

Target Audiences
This course is intended for network administrators and technicians, new to Cisco products and services, who are responsible for implementing and managing small and medium business networks.

Prerequisites
Delegates should have successfully completed either of the following courses Network+ or Windows 2000 Operating System and Networking Essentials or have equivalent Knowledge.
