An Introduction to EFT (Level 1)

Introductory
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is an emotional form of acupuncture except that needles aren't used. Instead we tap with the fingertips to stimulate certain meridian points while you are tuned into a problem. We are still learning why EFT (and its many cousins) works so well. This seminar is designed for those who would like to know more about EFT and how to use it for themselves and clients.

This day is not only a CPD day but you will also gain a certificate from the AAMET to register your self as a Level 1 EFT Therapist (Friends and Family.)

This course is open to all who are willing to learn a new skill

What do I need to bring?
