Aim:

To give an understanding of the principles of paediatric physiotherapy for children with upper limb problems and Developmental Co-ordination Disorder (DCD). The course will discuss normal and aberrant development of the upper limb and hand praxis, including handwriting, the construction of programmes for early intervention with a view to the prevention of behaviour problems and the implementation of programmes into the curriculum.
