Course aims
The aim of this course is to enable support staff who do not work directly or regularly with children or parents to identify when a child may be at risk and report concerns to those with responsibility for taking appropriate action.

Course objectives

Additional information
Sessions include presentation and discussion of sensitive material on child abuse and neglect. It is recognised that some of us may have shared these experiences or be close to others who have and may need to seek out available sources of support including space out of the session or during breaks.
