You will explore the concepts and expectations surrounding the differences between operational and strategic management, the cultures, responsibilities and accountability linked to Senior Management roles.
How will I be taught?

You will work in a group setting with your peers, either within your workplace or here at the College with employees of other organisations. The trainer works in a consultative way, facilitating learning.
