This stocktaking short program is aimed at small business operators that have a working knowledge of purchasing, storing and selling food and beverages.
Description Breakdown:
The aim of the course is to provide the operator the knowledge to control their stock to maximise the return on their investment and control stock holding to meet business needs.
The course involves undertaking theory and practical sessions. Course content includes: Theory of stocktaking, Practical stocktaking (Liquor), Good inwards, Allowances, Adjustments, Stock control systems and Food stocktaking.
