Course programme

This course is for Managers who have the day to day responsibility for health and safety at work. It teaches the legal requirements for health and safety, common hazards at work, risk assessments, accident investigations and will give the delegate the confidence to dealwith safety matters in their own workplace. The course ends with a multiple choice type examination, delegates are then required to submit a project to the course tutor within 2 weeks of the course end for marking. Successful candidates will be awarded the IOSH Managing Safely Certificate.
