This operator's certificate is an internationally recognised competent operator qualification covering all types of Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWP). The awarding body is the International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) and each successful delegate is awarded an IPAF Operator Certificate and a Powered Access Licence (PAL card) valid for 5 years.
