This interactive course allows students to study at their own time and pace. It is a combination of web based learning and written assignments - which need to be submitted and marked. The e-learning material is easy to use and the presentation of the material is creative and engaging throughout. It is primarily designed to accompany the IRCA Registered Internal QMS Course, but will be of great value to anyone trying to understand ISO 9001. (To become an IRCA Registered ISO 9001 Internal Quality Auditor you must pass both these Courses to meet the training criteria element).
Course Objectives
Delegates should:

• Understand how the ISO 9000 series adds value to any organisation - whether you are an auditor, auditee, implementer or manager
• Understand what Quality is all about
• Understand what the detail requirements of ISO 9001 mean
• Be able to prove their understanding through marked exercises - and hence receive an IRCA recognised certificate of successful completion

• A detailed analysis of the ISO 9001 requirements
• Examples of auditing and implementation
• An insight into concepts such as continual improvement, effectiveness, process based systems and the eight Quality Management principles
