This two-day programme provides a thorough understanding of the ISO 9001:2008 standard. The course will detail its inherent value and limitations and also how it may be interpreted and effectively applied withing your organisation.
Using lectures, interactive role-play, workshops and case studies, delegates will gain a thorough understanding of the ISO 9000 standards and the setting of objectives and targets. Group work allows for interaction and feedback from other course participants. Reference information is available to keep.
This course is ideal for personnel responsible for, or wishing to learn about the requirements and implications of implementing and auditing a Quality Management System.
The trainer for this course is fully accredited by the IRCA (International Register of Certificated Auditors). They currently combine the delivery of training with assessment of other organisation's ISO 9001 quality management systems for some of the world's largest third party certification bodies.
