ISO 9001:2008 - Implementing a Quality Management System

This two-day programme provides a thorough understanding of the ISO 9001:2008 standard. The course will detail its inherent value and limitations and also how it may be interpreted and effectively applied withing your organisation.

Using lectures, interactive role-play, workshops and case studies, delegates will gain a thorough understanding of the ISO 9000 standards and the setting of objectives and targets.
